About Me

Current Mission

To complete my to do list..

Philosophy

Following the path of most fun.

About me

As this is my first profile I hope you'll be forgiving if you find it lacking. I've only recently signed up but I'd love to meet many of you soon, so any suggestions and advice I'll take gratefully!

I live and mostly grew up in London ,UK. But I spent most of my summers growing up in the countryside of Ireland in county Cavan. So I love both fast metropolitan life going out to museums, theatre and dancing in clubs as well as the calm rustic time in the country with no TV no internet, just a radio, some fishing rods, an axe for firewood and lots of books!

I'm an Electronic and Electrical Engineer, mentioning that sometimes makes the conversation miss a beat, but people often tell me I don't fit the stereotype. I'm not always sure but I think it's intended as a compliment!

I have a tremendous yearning for travel. Whether its scuba diving in Egypt or hiking the Inca trail up to Machu Pitcchu. I'm soon to be doing a 32 day road trip across the states! I hope this trip will be as rewarding and I know that a big part of that will be the people I meet couchsuring along the way.

Interests

I have a thirst for life as I think many other couchsurfers do. So aside from my main interests of Travel and Engineering I like to turn my hand to everything I can.
From skiing, scuba diving, hiking to problem solving, puzzles, games to fencing, climbing and Jiu Jitsu the list goes on and I am adamant that it much longer as time goes on. There is just so much to do in this world.

I also love food. I enjoy cuisines from all over the world.
