About Me

CURRENT MISSION
To own a big fluffy dog, learn how to play many ridiculous instruments and to spread a little niceness.

ABOUT ME

I'm based in Cork right now, played drums for many-a-year and now play guitar in a band called Cassidy Club. I'm living the easy-going life of an energy researcher at the moment and taking things easy. I'm a random hobby fanatic, so far I got a good start on bread baking, origami and juggling. I'm also the proud owner of a blanket fort, which is great for sleeping.

PHILOSOPHY

Everybody's free to wear sunscreen

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm pretty open to new people coming to Cork to stay with us. It's a lovely house with lovely people. I'll show you around Cork if you arrive on a day I'm free and drive you out to places outside the city if you're interested in seeing the countryside of Ireland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never couchsurfed before, but would be happy to accommodate! :D

Interests

Random little things take my interest all the time. Especially music though. I went through a phase of buying instruments because they have funny names. So far I've got a Didgeridoo, Bouzouki, Glockenspiel, Kazoo, Jew's Harp and a Plopinderkendale.....okay a Plopinderkendale doesn't actually exist but if I ever invent an instrument I'm going to call it a Plopinderkendale.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything that's not too heavy is good in my books with music. The arts in general are damn enjoyable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ran a marathon once before. Good times thinking back on it. Bad times at the time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will happily bake you bread in exchange for a hobby.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A cuddly blanket fort, a nice little tour around Cork and all round lovely company from swell people :D

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
