About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience, taste and delve myself into culture... get to know the world!

ABOUT ME

Fuelled by sunshine, laughter and fun things that make my body move!
I love to dance dance dance, as long as the tunes have a pumping beat, my hips, butt and feet and arms can bounce about for hours!

I love to be active - for a somewhat clumsy unco-ordinated dork, there's no denying my happiness thrives on a healthy active lifestyle! I will give almost any challenge a go, no matter how chicken shit I feel; from cliff jumping off waterfalls to axing myself downhill mountain biking, to getting an impulsive 5hr tattoo job in Indonesia - If you're looking for someone to do something with, just ask (providing I have some interest in it and it doesn't go against my values) I'll more then likely go along and give it a shot, no matter how hopeless I am at it!

I like cuddles, ice-cream, cooking up things with what ever is left in the house at the end of the week...., tasting new foods I didn't even know existed (especially whilst travelling), appreciating and laughing about a good fart and that satisfying feeling when that zit goes pop! Trying to own as little as possible and have attachments to as little as I can. I travel with my itinerary with a permanent pending open status - I welcome spontaneous last minute adventures with open arms.

From this you've properly figured I'm also very down to earth and am generally very easy to feel comfortable around and get along with. Unless of course you are one of those superficial, egotistical people who consume their thoughts with materialistic bullshit - in which case you should properly stop wasting your time and close my profile now. We will not enjoy each others company :).

If you're still reading - GREAT, hopefully we will cross paths on travels soon. (on that note I am really not a judgemental person, I strive to be accepting of everyone. I just choose to not associate with people who don't make me feel the same way). :)

PHILOSOPHY

Achieve something today, even if its just something small; you don't get to the top of a mountain by staring at it from the bottom, every step to the top is just as important as admiring the view from the peak.

Embrace change, failure and humility, it stimulates and promotes personal growth.

Avoid holding onto expectations and attachments associated to people, places and material possessions; inability to control such elements of life only lead to feelings of loss and disappointment. Enjoy and appreciate these elements and the experiences associated with them, but also learn to accept each experience for what it is and allow yourself to walk away from those experiences just as easily as you walked towards them.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I LOVE MUSIC! Vast selections, I can appreciate many genres, its all about the mood, the time and place and of course the individual sound of the track. Generally however you will find my greatest loves are for underground dance music, all kinds of indy and alternate artists, ambient sounds, hiphop and of course the wonderful sounds of grundgy, dirty rock - throw on some good minimal, tech house tracks on the decks and I can groove along to the beats for hours!
Movies - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind, The invention of lying, Blue valentine, Two Hands, Requiem for a Dream n many many more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen and done a lot on my travels.... but I'd prefer delve into this conversation with a beer in hand and with your face across from mine.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach; I can usually teach you a couple of things about your body structurally; my qualifications and background in holistic health, anatomical knowledge and experience working with structural and functional dysfunctions has kinda equipped me with some pretty sweet general 'good to know' tips about your body.

Learn; surprise and inspire me, I'm totally open to listen and learn to new and foreign things!

Share; music, stories, food and FUN!
