ABOUT ME

I am bold and angry and tortured and tremendous. I notice when somebody change their hair parts. or when somebody is wearing two very distinct shades of black or when someone change the natural timber of their voice on the phone. I don't give out empty praises. I am not complacent or well adjusted. I can't spend three minutes stretching and breathing and getting in touch with myself. I can't spend three minutes finishing an article. I check my phone nine times a day and I can't sleep at night because I feel that there is so much to do and fix and change in the world and I wonder everyday if I am making a difference or if I will ever express the greatness within me or will I remain paralized by the muddled madness inside my head. I wept on every birthday because life is huge and fleeting and I hate certain people and certain shoes and I feel that life is terribly unfair and sometimes beautiful and wonderful and extraordinary but also numbing and horrifying and insurmountable and I hate myself a lot of the time but a whole rest of the time I adore myself and my life and this city and this world we live in, this huge wondrous, bewildering, brilliant, horrible world. In these various ways, I feel you and I might meet at a certain point.

More Than One Amazing Things...there's got to be.

Stepping out of my front door.

Seven summers of selfishly sucking off strenght of spirit from special children in a camp. An exhausting experience but most rewarding like being given a tremedous gift ten folds back.

A week of failing at pretending to be a jack of all trade builder in a Jimmy Carter Habitat Housing Project for underpriveleged families. It was also my first time to "couch surf" way before the site was ever created.

Untangled a rare spotted deer from a hunters trap in an exploration climb after the third camp, three days and thirty six hours of walking. She ran about eight meters away from us only to look back and stare at each one as if to remember our faces and to utter a word of thanks with out saying anything.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

If you believe in peace, act peacefully; if you believe in love, act lovingly; if you believe every which way, then act every which way, that's perfectly valid but don't go out trying to sell your beliefs to the system. You end up contradicting what you profess to believe in, and you set a bum example. If you want to change the world, change yourself.
