ABOUT ME

i am a married white male, fifty. my wife is belgian-scottish and lives here part time and part time in europe or traveling. We have a son under one year of age. i live as a gatherer and hunter in the wilds of northern minnesota. in my past i directed international non-governmmental organizations doing human rights, environmental justice and indigenous support work. i am laid back and quite intense at the same time. people often say i am a gentle soul. i keep vegan except for wild animals. i do not drink or smoke.

for those who are here when my wife is as well, she also speaks fluent english, french, spanish, dutch/flemish.

Our home and wildstead is a sober space.

PHILOSOPHY

i put the earth first and live according to the four principles of compassion, respect, responsibility and accountability. i live my life deliberately.

this is my first foray into couch surfing on this site, although in my life i have spent a great amount of time couch surfing and also have hosted more than i've surfed
