Wannabe world traveller in the making!

I'm a 38yo male living in London (my home city), working in online media. When I'm not working I'm cycling, photographing or writing.

Trying to see as much of the world as I can, to photograph it and to write about it - travel brings me so much inspiration for writing.

This past year I have been to USA, Hong Kong, Japan and the Phillipenes. Wish list for 2017 includes Canada, Israel and both of the Koreas.

I speak fluent Dutch, and am learning German. So please feel free to say Hoi or Hallo. Happy to trade some language learning also!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past I have had some wonderful experiences staying with people who were, to begin with, strangers.

I like travelling on my own, but coming back to an empty hotel room at the end of an amazing day with noone to share stories with is not something I enjoy!
