I've too much to learn to think that I have lots to teach. That said, I've been a teacher in a number of roles (IT, Health & Fitness etc) so here's what I've got so far:

You're never too old/young/butch/weak/inflexible to start Yoga/Martial Arts/Boxing/Keeping fit etc. I also think it's the same for travelling and learning a foreign language.

You can always drink more water, and you probably should.

Keeping your mouth shut and ears open will always help when dealing with someone who's either really really smart - or the opposite.

Hate is not the opposite of love, it's indifference.

I have a pretty eclectic knowledge of London as well as some other European Cities. I worked in Amsterdam regularly and so also have the knowledge you need for a good meal there.

My personal fav is my Film based tour of London; Love Actually, Lock Stock..., Bridget Jones Diary, Closed Circuit, Sweeny Todd and I also throw in some Banksy art too.
