I choose to look within myself as deep as I can. To learn, heal, transform and evolve from that place.

I am Druze! Born and raised in a Druze village in the north of Israel. I find a great joy in almost everything I do, but I am happiest when: I am out of my comfort zone trying and learning new things, and then on the other end of the spectrum, practicing the art of delicious idleness, or as the wonderful people of Italy refer to it, “Dolce Far Niente” – the sweetness of doing nothing.

Optimistic and ambitious. I am a go-getter, when I get involved in a project I usually do it out of pleasure. I am a dreamer and I would be nothing without my dreams.

Adrenaline is wonderful, and no question about it, I am always after some sort of a rush. Probably the biggest rush for me is meeting new and inspiring people.

I have a profound appreciation for rawness. This world is so guarded and fearful, that I think I fall in love with anyone who shows me a bit of their soul.

Books: Man's Search for Meaning, by Viktor E. Frankl. It was this book that influenced me to consciously live as meaningful life as possible, to place a great value on the journey and not just the destination, while knowing that "meaningful" doesn't always mean "enjoyable". "Meaningful" should be equated with "fulfilling".

Somehow, we are all connected, and accordingly, affected. And so I try to live my life as honestly as possible, with an open heart and a passionate mind.
I try to be the best person I can.... not necessarily in a goal-oriented way, but in a good-hearted way. I try to understand the world around and always think that I can learn from others. I try to make the most of what I do have in my life rather than concerning myself with what I don't. I do the things that I like skipping the "I should have done". I am not afraid to be myself!
