About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn and practice japanese block printing

ABOUT ME

I am learning how to surround and fill myself with absolute positivity and am overwhelmed with ease at present. I love the mountains but keep a much deeper relationship with the red canyons of the desert. When I am in the sandstone womb of the earth I am in my sanctuary. I like to to be in the breeze, bake bread, make up dialogue to silent films, see new places, excite my senses, find good sales on peanut butter.. alot of my days i am really active outside. other days i like to drink whiskey and paint.

PHILOSOPHY

No regret. Always room for growth.. Always room for change.. Always time for card games.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host more often than I surf. My itinerary is subject to change in every single moment while i am traveling...so it's better this way. I surf a bunch on warmshowers which is a great and similar network for touring cyclists!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I sleep on peoples couches all the time...even if they have dog hair or large dredlocked men on them..I DON´T mind. I floorsurf, backyardsurf, counterspacesurf, and bedoftrucksurf!

I have "officially" surfed a few times and I really loved it.

Thank you in particular to Dani and Cyril. You have opened my eyes to the possibilities and potential of this wonderful intercultural exchange program.

i host. we skip and jump.

Interests

i love the concept and execution of forward motion. Wandering..and doing it somewhere new. i like to learn about the areas i am in and leave with a better understanding of the culture and history. Pretty much anything that gets me outside! Hit the drum and shake the booty! Street Vendors! If you are selling something cheap, roadside, and under an umbrella...i´ll check you out. Being in the jeep with the windows down and the music on...i like this feeling on chicken buses..just not quite the same.
