About Me
I am a student working on my master thesis. Originally from Vienna, but now based in Graz! :)
I love to travel and to meet new people. And I really love the sea, probably because we don't have a coast in Austria.
When I have time and enough money I really enjoy going to music festivals or concerts.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I said I love to meet new people and it is the easiest way to get to know them when you meet them through couchsurfing.
I have experience in hosting, some years ago I was partying and suddenly I invited 2 german girls to stay with us because they had only booked a hostel for one night, so next day at 11 the doorbell rang and then they were at our place for like 4 days, was really fun! Didn't know couchsurfing then but when I did my Erasmus in Oviedo, Spain, I really got into couchsurfing and I hosted a lot of people and it always turned out to be a fun or at least an interesting experience ;)
Interests
Studying the Environment, hanging out with my friends, drinking coffee, listening and dancing to music, going for a walk with my dogs or playing with my cat at home, playing an online game called awesomenauts, trying to get better with my flower sticks in the park, ....

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of genres including rock, heavy metal, ska, reggae, electro, pop, punk, 60s, 70s and 80s. At the moment I listen to bands like daft punk, frittenbude, deichkind and many many more. I also really enjoy the cover songs of los colorados (for example hot'n'cold). These days mostly punkrock, there are really good austrian bands like Old Runznickels!
I like all the movies from Quentin Tarantino, especially Reservoir Dogs. For fun I also like to watch the Rocky Horror Picture Show and Very Bad Things!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some years ago, when i was visiting a friend which did an exchange year in Korea, I met an english guy in Seoul and we took him with us for lunch. We exchanged numbers, but never contacted each other or anything. So this year I went with some friends to Valencia for easter break and we were just walking through the inner city and suddenly I saw a face that looked familiar. So we just stared like one minute at each other and were like "do I know you? no, I don't know you, but yes I do!" So we went out that night and I invited him to come to the North of Spain to Oviedo. One month later he did and stayed for 5 nights at my place and we had such intense conversations each day. That was totally random but so much fun! :)
