PHILOSOPHY

I really feel like part of a world without borders invented by men. Despite being a citzen of any country, despite being part of any specifc culture, I feel a lot like part of our planet than of anything else, I'm a citzen of the world.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm a lot into experiencing other cultures, exploring different places and making friends all over. In that sense, I think couchsurf provides us a perfect tool, a great opportunity to get to know the locals, to learn from them about the local culture/history/issues, etc... This is one good way for me to try to maxime my experiences everywhere I go.

- Movies: By director, I'd pick most David Lynch, Kubrick, Hichcock, Glauber Rocha, Eisenstein, Almodovar, Visconti, Antonioni & Fellini films. By title my top favorites would be Requien for a dream, Transpotting, Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulin, Relatos Salvajes, Goodbye Lenin, Star wars, etc..

- Music: I love MPB (Brazilian Popular music ), Reggae, International Rock Legends and Bands (Janis Joplin, Björk, Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, Os Mutantes, The Beatles, Nirvana, The Clash, System of a down, Belle and Sebastian, The Smiths, David Bowie, New Order, Bauhaus, Placebo, Franz Ferdinand, Radiohead, etc...), E-MUSIC, Indie and experimental rock.

Books: Most Jorge Amado, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Clarice Lispector, Nelson Rodrigues, Friedrich Niezsche, Paul Auster, Florbela Espanca, Ayn Rand, Roland Barthes and Jorge Luis Borges books.

I really like to share things I know and I've been told several times I'm a good teacher... ;P

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

My guests have a bedroom only for them (with bed, blanquets, pillow, pijamas),

I share with them whatever I cook or drink. Inside my house they can use the fridge, the oven and wash their clothes in the cleaning machine.

They are also allowed to use some facilities in my building such as the swimming pool and the finnish sauna.
