I'm a Californian and a student of UBC in Vancouver, BC. I'm currently studying Spanish in Granada, España and having the time of my life. I'm open to all sorts of people and experiences and love to see new ways of life.

Interests

Everything. I love getting lost in new places, meeting down to earth and friendly and interested people, and I love talking and sharing experiences about the world, life and whatever else. Me encanta España y traveling in itself, and want to learn all about what each city and culture has to offer. I love to learn and be shown something new. I love music, oh and I love speaking Spanish.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all sorts of movies, though not so much blockbuster hits. Anything by Scorcese, Kubrik and so many others. My brother is a film student, so I've seen and been exposed to many of the greats, indie flicks, and can be a sucker for a good action flick or a psychological thriller.

I love Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Black Keys, Wilco and I'm always open to other sorts of music.

I love reading, though need to do more. I loved Plato's Symposium, Lord of the Flies, Conrad's Heart of Darkness, the noir classic The Maltese Falcon, Ishmael, of course 1984, Toni Morrison's Beloved, Schitzler's Dream Story, Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and many more I can't recall.
