ABOUT ME

Just a dude studying at Uppsala University, but it's been a bit off and on for the past couple of years. Recently came out as trans and my life has been 100x better since then!

Personality-wise, I can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but I love listening to their stories and prefer to take a back seat (at least until I have some stories of my own!). Having to choose between a drink and conversation and clubbing, I would go for the conversation, but I enjoy going out dancing as well.

PHILOSOPHY

"The perfect moment is now, be glad of it" - even though it can be difficult at times, there is always beauty in the world around us, you just have to spot it.
I want to live my life more freely, and hopefully travelling and meeting new people will let me do that.

Have met wonderful people in England, Germany, Italy and Sweden! A nicer community is difficult to find :)

兴趣

I love learning new things, whether that's through studying, listening to people's stories, surfing the web or reading. Ancient history is another interest (obviously!) and I love comics, roleplaying and fashion.

I read a lot, and have a lot of favourite authors and poets. Some of them are Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Donna Tartt, Edith Södergran, Selma Lagerlöf, Jeff Lindsay and Karin Boye. I also love reading folk and fairy tales.
Juris Kronbergs holds a special place in my heart.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Staying up all night a midsummer's eve, watching the full moon in a boat on Vänern. It must have been amazing, because I can still see it before me, more than 10 years later.

I don't really have anything to teach, just a few bits and bobs of general unnecessary knowledge.

Learning is another matter though! I love learning languages, and people who know basic survival and camping skills have me in awe ;)
