my name is eca (or katya) i am 20 yo and i love to travel !

i study german and russian at university. learning new languages is a big passion of mine
and
obviously i like to meet people and get to know other cultures and perceptions of life :)

my main interests are about nature, animals, friends and family, building authentic relationships, playing sports, etc. i am curious and have a lot of energy especially for the activities i like.

basically, i enjoy the simple things of life, it makes sense to me.

i used to draw and paint some years ago, i am still interested in it but now i do other stuff.

i grew up in the country side. it shaped me as a person at a certain level. we had animals to take care of and earth to cultivate our own food !

for now i am not able to host anyone but i hope that in the future it will be possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i am on this app because google told me that’s a good tool for when you travel

and indeed i think that it’s a great way to meet people who travel as well or locals. often times i think that there’s something that travelers have in common. like the ability to share, trust and a certain openness to others and life.

i want to meet other travelers and spend funny moments together.

i cannot wait to experience all this !!

Interests

Before Covid I used to play volleyball and tennis but then we had to stop for a while. After that I just went to the gym but it got very boring for me so now I just started gymnastics and climbing.

I also like to hike. I am preparing myself for a trip in the mountains !

i would say life ? lol. there are a lot of tiny special moments in my every day life. adventure starts when two people start talking.
