When I was a child my grandma would always go on trips with me, visiting my aunts and uncles over the holidays as my parents couldn’t travel often because of their jobs. She would always tell me that no matter what the situation, there’s always a way to help yourself and I think that was what took my fear of going abroad independently at a really young age.

Currently, I‘m living and studying in Hong Kong as part of my dual degree and I will be staying here for two years. That’s why my mission for the summer is to use this opportunity and travel to some of the places in Asia that I‘ve been wanting to visit for a long time.

Music: I‘m a big music geek, but I would never put my finger on a specific genre. My favourite artists range from Rock over Jazz to Rap and Funk.

Movies: Love movies by Rohmer, Bertolucci and Sofia Coppola. The Virgin Suicides has to be my all time favourite, the soundtrack is everything!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I have a thing for funny words and expressions so I‘m always glad to share some random German and French words that I find extremely funny. And I‘m always more than happy to learn something about your mother tongue in return :) Other than that I really enjoy to cook for each other and introduce people to new music (or the other way around!)
