Overview
About Me
I'm a teacher, a beach bum, and a Dungeons and Dragons nerd. I love to talk about anything and everything, though history, culture, language, theater, travel, and nerdom are my specialties. And I love meeting new people :)
I'm also an ELL/ESL teacher, so I'm happy to give free lessons to a host or their friends during my stay!
I lived in a 21-person intentional community in the center of Boston for 4 years, Quaker in nature (though I'm not Quaker myself). I definitely learned the value of cooperation, sharing resources, and leaving spaces cleaner than when I arrived-I hope I can be a great guest in your home!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For this trip, I'm going to a wedding in the Hudson Valley, but I love visiting places in NYC and hope I can find a place there! I have a fellow couchsurfer friend who can't host me due to his parents visiting, but we're happy to invite you out on our adventures!
