We are a five piece full time touring band from Seattle, Washington. We love to meet all types of different people.

PHILOSOPHY

We are very interested in the experience of life, which has a lot to do with why we chose to do music as a profession. We love meeting new people and appreciating their world view. We love being challenged, living with passion and trying to live life to its fullest potential.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is our first experience with CS. We are excited to participate in this project as much as possible. This is an incredible project and a great thing for people who travel as well as touring bands that need a place to crash.

Anything that is positive and motivational; Anthony Robbins, Viktor Frankl, Deepak Chopra. Philosophy and classics such as Beyond Good and Evil, Nietschze in general, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy and Mark Twain. We love GOOD music.

Algo increíble que he hecho

During late 2009 our singer Jowed caught the swine flu at the beginning of recording our new album, "Jump Into Life." He was given a 10 to 15 percent chance of living and his whole family rushed to the Seattle area to be around in the hospital with him. The rest of the band basically bounced between the studio and the waiting room, waiting for him to come out. We had complete faith that he would get better, so we pushed through to get everything done on the album besides vocals. He ended up spending almost a month in the ICU, but finally emerged with no vocal damage (pretty amazing considering he had had a breathing tube down his throat for 3 weeks). We are all very grateful to be able to continue to do music as a living and develop ourselves as people!

We always love to learn how to cook new and interesting foods. A couple of us are Vegans, and being healthy on the road is a primary concern for everyone, so quick, healthy meals are a must! If you know any make sure to let us know!
We love to share music with everyone! We have all been music teachers at one point or another, so we are always willing to impart whatever knowledge of music that we have!
