I am a High School Art Teacher who changed career paths at 26, to go to grad school for Art Ed... and I am very happy I did! My goal every year is to go to somewhere I have never been before. These days it is states and I’m down to 19 left to visit! There is nothing I love more than exploring all the beauty this world has to offer, meeting new souls and connecting with them, camping out of my Jeep, and letting loose at a music festival/concert.

Besides immersing in nature, festivals are where I feel most myself and the energy is unmatched. I even throw a mini EDM boutique artist retreat in Dover, DE: Metamorphosis.

Sidebar: Finally came out at 29 & it’s made me such a more relaxed and understanding human (was a rough prison sentence being in the closet but it humbled me & made me able to help others on their tumultuous trails).

I am VERY pro-human, indigenous & immigrant rights… anti-racist bigots and anti-colonialism. With that said I am always open to communication because we are being divided for a reason … we are all one (minus the global elite using us as pawns).

Big Island, Hawaii - Cool spot (treehouse) & kind host … also gave us a dope spot to go see the sunset off a cliff in a cow field. “Just jump the fence”!

Movies: Scary to sci-fi to romcoms to documentaries, I’ve got an eclectic taste.
Music: EDM gives me the most energy, but really I love a wide variety of tunes! Every moment can be curated with a different genre, so depends on the setting.
Books: The Way of the Peaceful Warrior is my #1.

Wow.... just one huh!?
I'd say maybe attempting to snowboard the Matterhorn in Switzerland when I've only boarded a handful of times in my life and hadn't in years. I got caught on what I believe to be a Black Diamond... couldn't see through the clouds but when I finally made it to a clearing: the sights were well worth the risks (even though I mostly fell down the mountain)! Plus the pub at the bottom was the perfect place to rest my bones, take in the views, and wait for my more skilled friends to be done.

*Went from Italy to Switzerland for school trip/business meetings, then to the Matterhorn, and spent a day traveling to get to Cypress for the rest of Spring Break; all in one trip.
