CURRENT MISSION

I'm travelling and meeting up with old friends accross Northern Europe. I've never been here before and I'm trying to meet new people, learn about my own ancestry and the local cultures, and see some natural places.

ABOUT ME

I'm from Western Canada and currently live in Vancouver where I work in sustainable resource management. I've also lived in rural Iceland, where I earned my Masters degree.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meant to sign up and couch-surf for a longtime, and it just fell into my lap lately when a bunch of couch-surfers ended up staying with/nearby me. So far I've only hosted, but I hope to change that soon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to cook for hosts, and/or do the dishes. I will of course clean up after myself. I can also have (hopefully) intelligent conversations about Canada, environmental issues, my travels, and more.
