ABOUT ME

I graduated in dentistry almost 10 years ago and my first love have been art and humanistic culture. I adore the smell of printing ink, the sounds of flipping through the pages, the feelings caught through photography and the poetry of nature.
I enjoy facing with different cultures and learning more about everyday life histories as it could be one of the best manner to improve your survival skills.
I love kids and I'm still a bit afraid of dogs, even if I am just done with a real pet therapy program!

I've been dancing cuban salsa since 2019 and stopped for a while due to pandemics.

PHILOSOPHY

"The first and simplest emotion which we discover in the human mind is curiosity”.

I believe that when the mind is allowed to think outside the pre-defined constraints of society, the different directions in which it can travel are infinite.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am available just for a drink or coffee, to have a walk around the city or to the seaside in Alghero area. I may be able to organize a meet up with English talking friends or something different all together.
Unfortunately I do not have the opportunity to host anybody but maybe if you write me I can help you booking the best solutions for your trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As yet I haven't had the opportunity to be host or to meet people during my trips. On the contrary I met plenty of people in my little town and here around trying to introduce them the beauty of my home place.

Interests

I've been addicted to photography for several years, especially doing portraits and reportages. I think people are so fascinating to take pictures of and it's truly amazing how we can capture the world and life in such ways. The pictures don't lie unless altered by photoshop!
I'm also into abstract art (surrealistic paintings by Magritte and Dali are some of my best loved) and creative writing.

At the moment my most relevant hobby is cuban salsa. If you are a good salsa dancer do not hesitate in reaching me out! ---But please, do not ask me to teach you: women always have to follow the men's lead!!!---

Music, Movies, and Books

I love both reading and listening to music and I space from classical and old fashioned genres to modern ones.

I find thrillers quite boring and I definitely hate electronic music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing thing done has been my experience in Italian National Association of Dental students meeting a lot of people, travelling around Italy and taking lots of responsability (I was even the National President!!!)
