A smile, kindness, open communication, a laid back atmosphere, a beautiful environment with forests and river. I may, or may not, be able to offer access to a beautiful city 10 minute drive away. Unfortunately the nearest city bus is 5km away so best if you are somewhat independent with a car or comfort in hitch hiking.
