About Me

I am a product designer, linguist, traveler and simply a person, who is open to everything new. My interests are technology, design, everything about digital products, music, good books, and history.
My life philosophy: don't waste your time on unimportant things; follow your passion and do whatever excites you the most.

I am passionate about other cultures and languages. Traveling and meeting new people from all over the world always makes me feel excited and makes me want to explore more and more.

Self-development, curiosity, desire to create - things that wake me up before the alarm clock every day. Meeting people with similar life attitude and sharing experiences is one of the things that I enjoy the most in traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing brings people closer. It erases the borders in our heads. Now you can just text somebody who lives on the other side of the planet, and boom, you are drinking coconut juice on the island beach the next morning and talking about everything. I'm sure you know what I mean.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love jazz, lo-fi, instrumental and classical music when I work or study: Bebopovsky, Apocalyptica, Ewan Dobson.

Metal makes me feel energetic, especially when I jog or workout: Gormathon, Rammstein, Metallica, System of a Down.

Lately, I don't watch movies much. but the favorite ones are Back to the future", "Star Wars" and "Big short". I love Disney cartoons too ( well, who doesn't like them? ).

I try to read at least two books a month, but often feel myself a failure when I don't cope with it.
Non-fiction: The Design of everyday things, Donald Norman; Flow, Csikszentmihayi; The Miracle Morning, Hal Elord.
Fiction: Crime and Punishment, Dostoyevsky; 1984, Orwell; Drei Kammeraten, Erich Remark.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I didn't have a chance to go abroad until I was 20. But after the birthday I left my full-time job and went on a trip to Europe, visited four countries and eight cities in ten days.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can have any kind of conversation: from discussing all the conspiracy or multiverse theories to some really shitty jokes ( which I do appreciate). I can teach you how to swear in at least six languages, how to cook steaks and how to wiggle your ears. The last one I can't promise, but I’ll try to if you ask me.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Ukraine
