Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Work out plans to put off a career and settling down. Immediate goal is to not get bored and, more importantly, to learn Korean.
ABOUT ME
I'm pretty easy to please, and tend to find contentment in most situations. From time to time I get restless, but usually make the most of any opportunity to relax. I have trouble going to bed and getting up early, and long for the day when I can dictate my own schedule, but worry that those days will be filled entirely with sleep and French toast. I enjoy trying things for the first time, and then spending vast amounts of time and energy relating them to past experiences, until I am quite satisfied that they cannot be completely unique, but always just a variation upon or rehashing of something else. Once this is done, I can continue my search for unadulterated originality. It's more fun than I make it sound.
PHILOSOPHY
Remain perpetually unphased, and your problems never materialize as problems.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like movies, but I don't really like most movies I see.
I like music, a lot, mostly sad, beautiful songs about minor tragedies and such. I often enjoy old country and folk songs, but can and do get behind new noises, as well, so long as they've got something interesting to offer. I also make music, and have recently fallen back into an old love affair with experimental-midi-dance-pop.
I'll read almost anything I can get my hands on, and hope to one day write the world's worst action-spy novel.
