To be open and free, maximising every minute. To find people I know I'll bond with and people who flip my expectations. To have NO expectations, except to expect a laugh.

ABOUT ME

I'm 24, I'm an Artist working across drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, I love cinema about as much as art, I love dancing as much as the two combined.
I live to ride my bike, or play with better, cooler bikes, I'm mad on vegetarian cooking.

PHILOSOPHY

It's a tricky balance, but I think an open, fluid perspective, gravitating around some key core values makes for a well rounded person. The world constantly changes, and so should you, while having enough of yourself to share with others.

It's ok to use True-isms, as long as you KNOW they're true-isms ;).

Intereses

I'm an Artist, I specialise in Drawing, Painting, Text and Sculpture. I've got a fairly eclectic range of work, from traditional portraits, to furniture models, to rotting sheets of jelly. I'm headed to Germany to research their artists who have inspired me in late August.
I'm also passionate about world cinema; my favourite directors are Fassbinder, Ozon, Wenders, Miyazaki, Suzuki, Kitano, Rohmer, Herzog, Ferrara, Chetyslova, Leigh, the list rolls on and on.
If I get too pent up indoors or in the studio I have to go out dancing, find a place with beats.
If I feel uptight and edgy, some basic yoga always grounds me, just simple hatha stuff.
I'm interested by all rooftops; onetime or another, stuff goes down there.
And from A to B I ride by bike, which I'm always tinkering with. If I could raft to most places, I gladly would.

Algo increíble que he hecho

There's always a feeling of awesome relief when you put up a show and it doesn't collapse, but in terms of real excellent, stick in your mind moments;
In Bundi, Rajasthan I was completely knocked for six by the view from Bundi Palace overlooking the sky-blue city. Sounds soppy, but it was well and truly a teary moment, I was overcome by the most romantic sight of my life yet.

Learning to cook in the Mountains of Munnar with a Keralan Grandma was ace, but the really awesome part of Munnar was the journey out; hairpin turns on roads twistier than varicose veins, along the side of mountains so beautiful you were sure that if the bus crashed onto the mountain (and you at least half thought it would) you'd be happy to wind up there.

I've also got some great trashy stories from music festivals, those are for if I meet you at your couch!
