Graduated from Duke University in 1968. Masters degree from Columbia University 1972.

Lived in Texas since 1968, when Uncle Sam decided I should be in the army. I ended up defending San Antonio from the Vietcong for 2 years.

Lived in Austin 32 years, Houston 4 years, Corpus Christi 4 years.

Ran tours of Europe and skiing vacations in Aspen.

Got a CPA and worked (a hell of a lot) as a CFO/controller in various industries for many years.

Been coming to Terlingua since 1985, essentially living here since 2010.
