Overview
About Me
I am a 19-year-old backpacker from Germany and just back from travelling New Zealand for 8 months. During this time i experienced the spirit of couchsurfing and i met up with people or stayed with them for some nights. I would like to give something back so now that i'm back home i can host aswell. I live with my family (my mom and dad and little brother) on an organic farm in east frisia. We have a spare bedroom since my older brother moved to another city. I can offer you everything that is in our home including the meals and can show you around if i have time.
I am a optimistic, open and relaxed person, i like meeting new people and good conversations, trying different activities and learn about the world, people and their stories. I'm this kind of person who uses too much dishwashing liquid. And i don't take myself too serious
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Don't want to spend lonely and boring time on campgrounds or anonyme hostels while i'm traveling. If i would like to be alone and watch TV i would stay at home right? I would love to meet a lot of different personalities, listen to their story and tell my own.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste is very diverse... goes from Bruce Springsteen over southern honkytonk and Tschaikowski and some big band stuff to sometimes metal or charts or german HipHop-Rap-Stuff... and please don't judge me if i melt to Michael Bublé. His voice is perfect.
My favourite movies are Lord of the Rings, Blues Brothers and Shutter Island. I'm not that into horrormovies. And i like happy ends. *Sigh*
Books: holy bible! Just kidding, i like to read historical books (eg Ken Follett), Walter Moers books, some other fantasy or thrillers
ok i have to admit the Bible is not too bad in some parts
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some people would say falling from the sky from 16'000 ft but it did not feel that special. I gave life to approx. 300 baby chickens, fasans, goslings and ducklings in the last 3 years. Seeing theese little creatures coming out of the eggshells was truly amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach you some nice or not so nice words in German or my local accent FLAT german. Would love to learn some more Spanish or some Arabic or Swedish or Polish.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My story, my baking skills. Can write something nice in elvish in your guestbook. (I used to write "my cooking skills" in this part but i don't want my hosts to expect something nice and then be disappointed when the best i can do is lasagna :D but i like preparing a meal together)
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden
