I am a traveler, learner, and a happy and curious soul.
I love to dive into different cultures, learn new languages, try all the dishes in the world, surf wherever possible, hike, try new things and just explore, explore and exploreee :)
I was born in Moscow and when I was twelve I started to attend an international school in India, where my conscious growing up happened. There I developed my love for connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Ever since I have been a passionate traveler, trying to learn various languages and exchange thoughts with as many people as possible!
Since 6 years I have been living in Munich, from where I go to travel around the world.
I am currently traveling in Portugal with my girlfriend, with whom I'm looking for a place to stay :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to connect with local people from Portugal and learn more about the culture, get suggestions about hidden places to visit and learn Portuguese :D
From my experience the quickest way to learn the language is to constantly talk to anyone everywhere in that language, and I would love to do exactly that! I have learned German and Spanish this way, and would love to do the same with Portuguese. If you don't speak Portuguese, then we will have some nice conversations, I am quite talkative and down to chat about everything :)

Alsooo, my girlfriend and I are great cooks! She makes amazing east Asian and European dishes, and I can make some tasty Indian dishes. So, if you are at home and have the right spices we could enjoy a cooking evening over a bottle of wine together :D
And if you would like to learn German, Spanish, Russian, or practice English, then I could help you with it!
Aaaand if you surf too, it would be cool to surf together :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked up to the third highest peak in Mexico, a volcano Izztacihuatl at around 5300m, with my basketball shoes haha :D

Teach, Learn, Share

Together, my girlfriend and I could teach you how to cook various amazing dishes from different continents and help you learn languages such as English, German, Spanish, and Russian. And if you know how to speak Portuguese, I would love to get some lessons from you :)
We can exchange recommendations about various places we've visited, and discover some new music from each other :D
And of course, have some nice conversations and exchange ideas!
