Hello !

My name is Eddy Buckpitt and I am 22 years old. I was born in London and lived in England for 11 years. I then moved to Annecy, France to enjoy the mountains and the lake. I am half English, half French and also Swiss.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently started travelling and really enjoy it ! Especially meeting new, interesting people ! I believe couchsurfing is a great way to do just this. I really enjoy cooking, sharing a meal is a great way to meet !

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music ! Old, new... I especially like rock, old classics such as Queen, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC... and many others.
I also enjoy listening to some new(ish) stuff like Red Hot Chili Peppers (not that new at all really), Macklemore, The Killers, The Avener... I also like many other bands but writing even a fraction of them would take too long !

I enjoy watching movies but sadly don't have time to watch enough !
I sometimes read but sadly not very often (I used to when I was younger).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done quite a few cool things in my life so far but don't feel comfortable qualifying something I have done as "amazing."

I enjoy sharing the different music I love but also discovering music I didn't know of.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love chatting with new people in general and would qualify myself as very open-minded. I am also very curious.
I love talking about the different cultures there are in different countries, listening to and sharing stories.
I can also cook a meal which is always a pleasure !
