I want to travel the world but like every millennial, I want to do it the cheap way. Currently, I am working to save up money to travel long-term (2 years). I am twenty years-old and I am just itching to get out of Canada. I went to George Brown College in Toronto, Canada for Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ever since I was a young girl I have always wanted to travel and thankfully my family decided to go to British Columbia for a family vacation. I was so excited I planned the whole entire trip. Although this is my first year off school I have wanted to learn more about this world than I have ever wanted to when I was in school. I hope to travel to lots of countries and not only see the famous landmarks but emerge myself in the culture and become a local of each country.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

To be honest with you I among many other travellers, I need a cheap or complimentary space to stay and I am very flexible with house rules. If you need me to do the dishes, walk the dogs, sleep on the ground, clean etc; I am more than willing to help out. I am also on Couchsurfing because I want to meet locals from different places around the world. I want to experience culture through the eyes of a local. Essentially, I just want to fit in with locals and I want them to treat me like one of their own. I am very interested in people because every person has different perspective on life and it is intriguing to view it from someone else. As well, I love it when people share their common interests with me. I love this because it opens new interests to me.

Ever since I was a young girl, I have always loved Harry Potter movies. Who doesn't love movies based on true events? They are the best kind of movies. Thats why Soul Surfer and Into the Wild are my favourite movies. I am not really a book person but when I do read books it takes me a long time.

Although, I read books that I can benefit from (e.g. psychology books). I like to learn so this is why I read books. If I read a books for fun, (which is not often) it would be mystery books.

I could tell you what my favourite genres of music would be but that sounds a little boring, so if you see my profile, I am interested in knowing what your favourite music is?
