Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's been a while since I've been involved with couchsurfing - I was a host in my hometown Adelaide for a while, and it was very cool having people come and stay with me. I loved showing people around Adelaide a lot - I got to be a tourist in my own city, and see things I wouldn't have seen otherwise.

When I return to Australia I would love to be a host again!

Interests

When I find myself with a day off, I love to go hiking (like.. EASY hiking, I mean!), or to see art galleries and installations - it's food for the soul!

I also love (when I have the time) open world video games like Zelda Breath of the Wild or Skyrim.

MUSIC
Honestly I'm into a bit of everything - I mostly listen to hip hop or acoustic stuff, depending on my mood.

MOVIES・ SHOWS
Anything with zombies or time travel will get my attention! I love movies from the 80's and 90's. Brooklyn Nine Nine is endlessly rewatchable.

BOOKS
I'm a sucker for things with a kick-arse female protagonist.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked for myself fulltime since Nov 2016, so if you're interested in working for yourself (or already do) depending on where you're at with your business, and what kind of business it is, I might be able to help with advice - I'll be very happy if I can help in any way!

I used to volunteer at my local Fab Lab (makerspace), and have owned and maintained a laser cutter, so I guess if you'd like to know more about making things with lasers, you can definitely ask me!
