About Me
Hi! I'm a 17 year old from Latvia and currently living in Riga. I've been traveling with my family since I was a baby, and over the years I’ve explored much of Western and Central Europe, along with the USA, Canada, Georgia, Iceland, and more. Some of the most unforgettable experiences for me were road-tripping through France, discovering the raw nature of Iceland, and connecting with the culture and people in Georgia during a 2 month stay there.

I speak Latvian, fluent English, and can understand Russian fairly well. I’m new to Couchsurfing, but I’ve grown up around travel and hosting — my family has welcomed many Couchsurfing travelers and families over the years, and I’ve had some great conversations with exchange students passing through.

Friends usually describe me as the thrill-seeker of the group — I love anything active and adventurous. Hiking, cycling, skiing, scuba diving, and now skydiving (working on my license!) are the kinds of things that make me feel alive. I'm naturally curious and easygoing — not too introverted or extroverted — and I enjoy meeting people with open minds and a passion for life.

Why I'm Here
The time has arrived for me to join Couchsurfing on my own to make my travels more memorable by connecting with locals and like-minded people. I’m not just looking for a place to stay — I’m looking for shared moments, interesting conversations, and experiences that make a place truly come alive.

Whether it’s a walk, a hike, a cup of coffee, or a deep chat about life, I’m always open. I hope to meet people who are active, curious, and see the world with a wide lens — but I'm just as excited to learn from people who see it differently, too.
