ABOUT ME

Finished a degree in Kinesiology and went off traveling for a couple years. After coming back to Canada, I have learned of a new practice -- Yoga Tune Up -- it has opened m eyes to a new way of life and exercise!

I'm a very energetic, and easy to get a long with! I love being outdoors and exploring... I'm a very 'go-with-the-flow' kinda girl and enjoy making new friends!

I have really enjoyed traveling the world and meeting many people along the way. Couchsurfing has allowed me to experience different countries the way the locals see it ... which is definitely the best way to travel !!!

Intereses

I enjoy many different things... all types of music... being active and exploring the outdoors. Going out for bush walks, or discovering a new city!!

My very first day in Australia, I arrived in Sydney and went to Coogee Beach and it was an absolutely gorgeous day with big waves. It made an amazing first impression of Australia for me!!!

Climbing the Grouse Grind in British Colombia, Canada is a wonderful experience. It is a really good workout with beautiful scenery all throughout!!!

Hiking through Kings Canyon in Central Australia

Discovering the history of Cambodia, visiting Phnom Penh and biking through the Temples in Siem Reap
