About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME
To make new friends in different corners of the world and learn about different places, cultures and ideas.

As you can see, I have an unusual appearance due to a genetic condition which gives me lumps on my head/face. I'm honest and sincere. These are about the only things I can say about myself without thinking I'm bragging. I can talk a lot. My friends call me opinionated; I call myself passionate.

PHILOSOPHY
Be Excellent to one another! (Yes, I stole it from the Bill and Ted movie.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a host in Edinburgh. I live outside the city centre, which means taking the bus to my flat, but it's a quiet, safe neighbourhood. I have a second bedroom, so guests will get the full use of the room and a double bed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met so many great people, it makes me feel part of something and I am just happy to be contributing. I feel that part of the adventure of couchsurfing can be to find where your host lives, but if anyone asks me, I could arrange to meet in the city centre, or on the road, or at the bus stop, etc.
