Hi, my name is Guan-ru, but you can call me Edison if you prefer.

When I was little, I lived in Saudi Arabia for three years, but spent most of my life in Taiwan.

I am a masters student at Mannheim University, and I am interested in information management.

My hobbys include traveling and learning languages. I have traveled extensively across Asia and in particular Japan.

I did my exchange program at Hokkaido University for one year.

I am easygoing and fond of meeting new and interesting people.

Since I am going to study at Mannheim University, I am searching for a room to rent. But in the meantime, I hope to find a place to stay for a day or two, in order to find a room in Mannheim.

In addition, I hope to make some friends in Mannheim, since I have heard making friends in Germany is not easy.

I am a big fan of Games of Thrones. I have read the five books written.

My favorite movies are The Secret in Their Eyes, Confessions and Memories of Matsuko.

My favorite books include 1984, animal farm, pride and prejudice. I also read nonfiction history books as well.

I like music by Adele and Sia, and enjoy mostly alternative rock music.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been trained as a skiing instructor when I was in Hokkaido. Even though I did not make through the test, the fact that I can ski is amazing since I come from tropical Taiwan.

I can teach you Japanese and Chinese if you like. I have passed JLPT N1 and is a native speaker in Chinese.
