About Me
Welcome to the permaculture project place. We are a small 2 acre farm with fruit and chickens and a kombucha kitchen. There's always a project here to work on.
Right now we are making apple cider, pickling crab apples, making oregano tea kombucha, drying apples, making ratatouille and with thanksgiving coming up, we need to roast some pumpkin for pumpkin pie.
We will soon be brewing 7 barrels of compost tea, getting back to the goat shed, and installing an electric fence.
We can't say from day to day or week to week what we will be doing next. Maybe that goat shed will never get done... but that's just how it is on a farm. Some things get done and somethings have to wait.
