Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music is my medicine; it relaxes me, it motivates me, and sometimes it inspires me. I love a strong beat, meaningful lyrics and anything which incites beauty, purity and passion. I find myself enjoying Turkish, jazz, grime, house, drum n bass, dance, hip-hop/rap and world music amongst others

I don't find I have a favourite genre of film as such but I tend to like anything that has a depthful story/plot, especially if it works my mind and causes me to think. I have a list of my favourites so far which I’ve kept and would be more than happy to share with you - I would’ve have included it here but it’s getting pretty long now!

I love reading. Of what I do read is mostly personal-development related as I do firmly believe self-knowledge and understanding is the ultimate path to happiness and fulfilment in life.
I enjoy listening to fiction; to me, novels can be wondrous works of art which provide a rich reserve of insight, knowledge and experience from the mind of their talented writer, much treasured creations

I can do my best to teach you what I know my own interests, particularly personal development and general health/well-being (nutrition + exercise) as these are what I can best transfer knowledge on and I’m passionate about which I believe is really important in teaching effectively :)
