About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To put a smile on the face to all of whom I meet

ABOUT ME

I have been known to hold doors open for many a person. I love music so much, I have actually got an iPod (shuffle, because I'm always on the move and stuff). I have more underpants than there are days of the week, so you know I'm clean. I have also been known to stand the opposite way round in a lift just to evoke a reaction from fellow lift users for my personal amusement. Sporting enthusiast who won the 1997 Robert Fleck hot shot award. Saver of dogs. Face for the radio. Blood donor.

PHILOSOPHY

I have many ambitions I wish to achieve in my life, but I can only control what I do today. Tomorrow will take care of itself when it arrives. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, its all about the moment.

I wish to be a renaissance man, and to be a master of many skills.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some coach surfers who were staying with a friend. Big fan of couches also.

Interests

Parkour, running for the bus, reading books the Times newspaper recommends, socialising with friends with many a beverage, swiping my oyster card, constantly learning about cultures, languages, and interesting facts, listening and watching many genres of music and film. Fans of Ed Sheeran, Denzel Washington, Delia Smith, Quagmire, Kirsten Bell, Bon Iver, and James Bond girls.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy to listen to chill out feel good music like Ed Sheeran, Bon Iver, Jason Mraz, also pump up music like Chase and Status, Example, Kings of Leon.

I am a huge fan of comedy and thrillers. Anything with Will Ferrell has me in stitches. Big fan of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, love their humour. I enjoy many a genre of film, still don't know how fast and the furious 5 didn't get an oscar. It had everything. I regularly have a broadsheet on hand to whip out at any given moment to help make me look cultured. I have read upwards of 18 to 20 books by myself. Annoyed to find out many of these books were actually written before the films were made!! To Kill a Mockingbird is a classic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I met the doctor who cared for a loved one of mine on Phi Phi island a year after the terrible tsunami had hit whilst I looked over the entirety and perfection of the island which disguises the devastation at what it had gone through whilst the party goers carried on until the night. This man called Noi was an example for us all to look up to after his work here, and it put everything into perspective of what is important in our lives. Its not about the amount of years in your life, its about the amount of life in your years. Friends, Family, experiences, moments, the amount of times you laugh and smile every day.

The moment when you have perfected the boiling of an egg to the right amount of dippiness.

The first time I made love to a woman last week.
