I am in Italy for the summer doing physics research at the University of Calabria.

Since I study classics (specializing in Latin and ancient Rome) I want to take advantage of the opportunity being in Italy provides! I’m going around on the weekends visiting Magna Graecian sites, and I’d like to meet some new people while I’m there.

I’m a big fan of jazz and classical music, but that’s not to say I don’t appreciate good music of any genre. I enjoy tons of movies, both good and bad. Favorite book is The Lord of the Rings, hands down.
