I am a positive spirited spirit who thrives on being connected to my spirit. I love laughter and have a sense of humor about myself and life; love food that is alive and in its most natural state, quite creative, adventurous and enjoy traveling, dancing, yoga, meditation, connecting with angels and guides. I've found that this one most truly enjoys facilitating awakening and healing for others as well as myself. It's also mandatory for me to connect to the natural world.
