Hi everybody, my name is Edoardo and i'm an Italian chef from Vejano, a small town near Rome. 8 years ago i moved in Spain and i worked in different cities and restaurants, to learn the language and get out from my comfort zone. Has been a long staying in this beautiful country, but now i'm looking for new horizons and adventures!

It's my first time using this platform, i like backpacking, and i think living with locals is the best way to truly understand another culture! Cheaper, smarter, better!

Interests

Obviously, like a chef, i find that traveling is the best way to grow up my gastronomic baggage, absorbing new styles, ingredients and techniques. If you want to understand a civilization, you must understand its food first!
I'm a climber and i love mountains, hanging from a wall, hiking a peak and enjoying the lanscapes make me feel alive.
My latest passion is diving, i love the ocean, exploring the bottom of the sea and its wildlife are on top of my list.
The last but not the least, guitar! I'm learning this beautiful instrument, and i like to bring it with me on my trips, is the best travel buddy!
