Who Am I

My name is Edoardo and I am 26 years old. I am from Rome (Italy), where I actually live and work.

My first experience abroad was in Scotland, where I have been during high-school as part of an exchange program. I left my heart there. From that moment onwards, during my life, I always tried to conjugate the studies with my travelling desires. I had the chance to study and work abroad in the Netherlands, Belgium and Russia where I learned many things that I still bring in my daily living.

I like travelling and I think it means to give up and renounce to all our easiness that makes us feel home, renounce to our life, to our house in order to try and experience different cultures.

I love The Beatles' music, all of it. I like reading and watching movies, and I always try different outdoor activities such as surfing, rafting, trekking and sports in general. I regularly practice tennis and soccer. I like talking about political, social and philosofical issues.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet local people and share stories. I love understanding different cultures.

I am looking for a life-experience. I would like to learn local habits and traditions, share experiences and broaden horizons.
