I am a 34 years old french guy who grew up in Annecy, France and i have been living in Cape Town for 10 years now. I planned a world tour 10 years ago with South Africa as my first destination. I got stuck in Cape Town up to today (fell in love with that place) and would like to finish my world tour in exploring South America and the rest of the world. Travelling, discovering new cultures and new people is my passion and there is nothing more enriching than that in life. I am easy going, open minded, willing to learn and discover new things. I love music, sports, cooking, dancing, good food, travelling, and speaking - learning languages!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason why i am on Couhsurfing is to meet local people and learn about their ways of life and cultures. Backpacking or staying in a Hotel does not make sense for me as you are mostly surrounded by tourists or travellers which does not necessarily give you the real taste of the local culture.
