Hello guys!

Well, my name is Edouard, I'm 22, 1.85 meters, French, brown hair, and... TRAVELER! In fact, I've ever grow up with the chance to travel, with parents, family, or by myself.

That's a entire way of life for me! Curious, I LOVE to meet people, share stories, make beautiful meeting, eating a lot, and live my life as a passionate.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am ready to host people, because I enjoy sharing these moments! I can show you all the places to visit here, we can speak, share experience, and learn more together! Come on !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CouchSurfing was incredible. In Liverpool, with a Friend, we meet a very simple couple who changed my vision of traveling! It was so simple, so generous, such a great expereience for everybody, and I think now that Couchsurfing is the best way to travel!

Well, let me explain it to you: I was studying at Birmingham last year, as an Erasmus Student. During my time in UK, I had the opportunity to travel across many cities. So far I've met AMAZING people:
January 2011 - Liverpool (Sina and tom!)
February 2011 - Manchester (Korina and her roommates)
February 2011 - Manchester (Sarah and her incredible friends)
March 2011 - Newcastle (with Kevin)
March 2011 - Glasgow (with Sabine and her "community")
March 2011 - Glasgow (with Ola and Co)
I've also traveled in London, Edinburgh and some smaller cities in England during my time in the Tea's country.

Then, I decided to do a Europe Tour with one of my best man, Cameron, across the Old continent.
May 2011- Denmark and Copenhagen time with Lotte
May 2011- Berlin with Lauren and her American friends
May 2011- Vienna with an amazing Jenny
I've also traveled in Oslo, Stockholm, Munich... And I was suppose to continue this trip but I've been called back in France to integrate the Sorbonne University of Paris !

After that, I decided to live one of my biggest dream... An original Road Trip accross the US ! I've travelled about 1 month in 2012 with Cam, one of my american friend. We've cross more than 16 cities - for about 5500 kilometers ! New York -> Boston -> Philly -> Washington -> Niagara falls -> Windsor -> Detroit -> Chicago -> Indianapolis -> Nashville -> Memphis -> Baton Rouge -> New Orleans... And I've meet incredible peoples :
July 2012- New York at Robert's place (the greatest couch ever)
July 2012- New York at Cristina's place (such a great experience... thks again :)
July 2012- Washington with the unique Corry's family

I've continued this experience one year later with a Road trip in California, still with Cameron, from San Francisco to San Diego through the Famous Pacific Coast Highway !

I pretty like different kind of music: Electro, hip hop, pop, jazz, country music, I play guitar...
Movies? Way tooooo much to write it down. Melancholia, Into the wild,talk shelter, On the road, the Dark Knight... TOO MUCH!
Books: French and English literature!

But after all; what's most important?
I am open to every kind of culture, It's not what I know that count but what I've explore yet!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The Grand Canyon during winter under the snow;
The Stockholm Forest when you're waking up by light between sticks;
The Edinburgh mount during a storm;
And finally... The most important thing... During a storm close to Glasgow, I've done the best barbecue ever made in the history of man on earth. Guinness book agree.
