I’ve recently resigned from 13 years in the London fire brigade in order to pursue a career in writing and travel the world. I’m currently on vacation in the US and plan to begin my travels towards the end of the year following the publication of my first book. I’m chilled out, easy going and very spontaneous. I’m a bit of an adrenalin junkie and have recently started skydiving which I absolutely love. Love meeting new and interesting people and experiencing new things. Travelling the world, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures and ways of life is my number one. I’m on a journey of self discovery.

I’m a big foodie and since becoming a vegan 2 years ago I am now somewhat skilled in the art of cooking, which I’m more than willing to teach. Also big in to nutrition, health and fitness. I have been a personal trainer for over a decade and have transformed many physiques and lives through fitness, nutrition and changing the mindset. Helping people become the best version of themselves or simply reaching health and fitness goals is what I do best.
