ABOUT ME

Plain ol' curious guy. Anytime I come across a point of interest I wish to know "why". I must say that word more than any other throughout the day. I've always liked hearing or reading stories about other people's travels or situations they've encountered during those travels, whether that be small or great. I wish to experience life as much as possible, do it all while I'm alive. I dislike wasting my time. Everyday there is something new to do, so why not look for it.. or better yet let it come to you?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by keeping Couchsurfing alive. I would like to contribute by hosting others, unfortunately I live in a studio which makes it pretty difficult. I would like to share my ideas, stories and hospitality back to those I encounter.

Interests

I'm really big on physical activity. I love trying new things, exploring new places, going out and venturing out to the world. Hiking is something I've really gotten into, there's nothing more relaxing than being out in nature while elevating hundreds of feet.

I've gotten the opportunity to kayak out in Mexico and ever since then I've been dying to do it again.

I am a coach at an elementary school; there is probably nothing more rewarding than working with and mentoring young people. They literally highlight the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was fortunate enough to see the Monarchas butterflies in Michoacan, Mexico. The experience was surreal, as well as the hike. Probably the best terrain I've been in. The next amazing moments will come this summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach. Learn. Share.. yes. I believe everyone has something to offer, whether its showing someone how fix something or something simple as teaching someone how to whistle. What I find most important is when someone shares their point of view. Sharing you ideas and personal philosophies with another gets the other open up their mind to something new. And I believe that's what I am able to do well. Share my ideas to allow you to see things in a different way.
