Life is one big dream is my motto. I am a dancer, teaching ballroom dancing. Psychology howling the second profession in the us I practice a little less than at home, the language is still difficult for me. I practice Buddhism, Dzogchen, Tibetan Yoga sleep and dreaming. Meditation-I spend a lot of time in meditation and reading of mantras. Yoga sleep and dreaming-I always remember all my dreams, and often see lucid dreams. Psychology-read books, lead trainings and individual therapy. From time to time I like to paint. Love touching people.
