About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a quiet, respectfull and open-minded guy from Barcelona. I love to travel searching for local lifestyle and sharing experiences. I consider that a city is its people, so I really love being carried by residents into their place. I also enjoy discussing about interesting topics (art, politics, life...) and taking a walk to discover new landscapes, either urban or rural.
MISSION
I'm currently involved and working in local politics in Barcelona City Council, and just finished my Master Degree in "Gender studies, Woman and Citizenship".
JOBS
I've also worked as a cultural manager, exhibitions curator, graphic designer and community manager in a Cultural Center in Barcelona, as well as a freelance illustrator and projects’ manager in communication campaigns, cultural events, educative programms and illustrators collaborative projects. I've also been involved in Cooperativism and Social and Solidarity Economy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been hosting couchsurfers a few years ago in my appartment in Barcelona, and it was a great experience. Meeting other people, easing them to be hosted, and showing my city in the way I live it, were the reasons which I enjoyed it a lot.
Interests
On my leisure time I love to play the piano (amateur); going out with friends while having an interesting conversation; scaping to the countryside with my dog and go for long walks in nature; listening to the music. I also love to spend time drawing, since it was my job and now it's my way to relax.
