About Me

CURRENT MISSION

see new places, revisit old ones, meet new people

ABOUT ME

I'm a very independent person and I love to try new things (I'll try most anything at least once). Procrastination is an art...and I've mastered it.

PHILOSOPHY

"The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." - Saint Augustine

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to CS. I'll be traveling Europe in august (itinerary not yet finalized) so I'll definitely be surfing!

Interests

Languages (particularly romance languages), cooking (sometimes it's really really good [toot, toot] but sometimes not so much), reading, napping (sometimes reading and then napping), walking without knowing where I'm going. Pretending to know where I'm going.
Eventually getting there by sheer luck.

I'm a very lucky person.

Music, Movies, and Books

music: depends on my mood but almost everything (exceptions: heavy metal, and "noise")
books: the picture of dorian gray, le petit prince, loads more but because I have a terrible memory, the last two books I read: Memoria de mis putas tristes and Atonement
movies: romantic comedies, comedies, horror films (except IT, I refuse to see that one again), dramas, dramatic horror films, comedic dramas, period pieces, foreign films, action films (i LOVED 300...my friends don't get it), epic movies, super-hero action films (Batman, you're my hero, mr.spidey - i love you too), suspense, thrillers, classics, chick flicks, feel good movies, gangster movies (although I have yet to see the Godfather), some sci-fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Awoken (in every sense of the word)

Teach, Learn, Share

If you can teach me how to not get lost I will be forever grateful. And pretty impressed. Many a person has tried, and failed.

I can share laughs.
And if your taste buds are brave (and not too very picky), I'll cook.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Haiti, Italy, Puerto Rico, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Mexico, United States
