Overview
About Me
I am gone July and August most years, so if I forget to update, I don't really host in the summer season.
We love to host and meet new folks. So come on by. We're in a home in Winnipeg's Point Douglas neighbourhood. We're a block from the mighty Red River, and there is a walking trail that crosses our street. We have two very comfy fold down futons in the front room for you to crash on. We sing in choir, we volunteer all over the place, including community bike shops, so there are often fun things in which you may choose to participate.
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to deepen my connection with this place and the people in my community.
ABOUT ME
I am a school music teacher. I have lived all over Canada and the US. I like to meet new people and see new places. I like gardening and farming. Of course, I like playing music too.
PHILOSOPHY
I am a leftist politically, feel that the environment is more important than most other things, feel that gardening is indispensable, and that music makes things better. I play, compose, direct music, and all of the other arts are just as important.
