I am a 22year old young professional who has moved to Antwerp, Belgium, for a marketing job. I have an open mind and I have travelled all over the world - so I know how to enjoy company! I love live indie, jazz and electronic music. I'm a also a foodie - someone who loves cooking, fresh food, local food and drinks!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Over the last few months I have been at regular meetings. I have surfed, hosted, and drank the beer...I even got the t-shirt in Amsterdam!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm currently sharing an apartment with many none CS member - so I'm only hosting CS members who I know... temporarily!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Caught the Ferry from Bari (Southern Italy) to Dubrovnik (Croatia). We slept on the deck and drank red wine - when we arrived in Croatia the sun was coming up. The Dalmatian coast is green and blue, with pretty islands. Great morning!

Read Joseph Conrads "Heart of Darkness" - it's a modernist text that tackles issues such a imperialism, racism and social conflicts in a time when these issues were only just emerging. The main character's voyage to the congo, and sitings of "savages", outline many of the issue's that we're experiencing today!
